Used to determine where you are now, where you'd like to go, and a programming map to get there.
50 minute session - $90
Used to teach the nuts and bolts of training. This is where you learn the drills and exercises, basic movement skills, how to build workouts, and how to handle the bumps in the road that are most certainly going to come.
Most clients will do the FREE ASSESSMENT, and then do 2-3 50 min sessions in order to start safely. After that, I usually see those people once a month or so to reassess their progress, update the program, teach a few more skills and answer any questions about technique or training in general. I see my job as teaching you to how to safely, efficiently and effectively take care of yourself over the long haul.
Some clients would prefer to have regular accountability and see me weekly, which is fine too.
