All new training goals, no matter how long you have been training, begin, with an assessment of, in this case a FREE ASSESSMENT of, where you are right here, right now. To plot a course from “here” to “there” you have to know where “here” is. And once you know that you can determine a good “there.” Said another way we need to figure out points A and B if we want to move from one to the other as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.
